Our Board is currently looking to expand, and sometimes it’s difficult to get the right kind of people for the position, so we’ve tried to put a few ideas and incentives for you. We currently have a meeting bi-monthly for 2 -3 hours, discussing the strategy, performance and targets for Re-Work. Here’s a little guidance:
What you could expect for your input:

What’s expected of you:
- Supportive of the Chief Executive
- Honesty
- Able to suggest new ideas, challenge current process, come up with solutions
- Buy into Re-Work with a genuine interest for the business
- 8 hours a month (not all in one go!)
- 3 years experience of running a business
- Skills in either marketing, financial planning and management are ideal
- Strategic thinker
- Ability to put a realistic action plan together.
