Our Board Is Currently Looking To Expand


Our Board is currently looking to expand, and sometimes it’s difficult to get the right kind of people for the position, so we’ve tried to put a few ideas and incentives for you. We currently have a meeting bi-monthly for 2 -3 hours, discussing the strategy, performance and targets for Re-Work. Here’s a little guidance:

    What you could expect for your input:
  • The Feel Good Factor
  • Opportunity to benefit others (enabling Re-Work to achieve its aims and maintain its values)
  • Develop your networks and contacts
  • A challenging ride – something to get your teeth into
  • Be part of something that needs you – an innovative, young and fresh thinking business!
  • Working in an open minded environment

    What’s expected of you:
  • Supportive of the Chief Executive
  • Honesty
  • Able to suggest new ideas, challenge current process, come up with solutions
  • Buy into Re-Work with a genuine interest for the business
  • 8 hours a month (not all in one go!)
  • 3 years experience of running a business
  • Skills in either marketing, financial planning and management are ideal
  • Strategic thinker
  • Ability to put a realistic action plan together.
